Fast forward to me getting married, and my DH is a fan. I stood my ground until Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 came out, and DH begged and begged.
I gave in. He's cute when he whines. ;) He seriously watched all of the movies back to back over several days, and I was up to speed with the stories. Oh, and mad as a hornet when I saw the owl killed. (I'm still sulking!)
