Giveaway: Silk Cereal Bowl

The same old breakfast every morning can get boring, fast. How about an easy way to change it? Try Silk Vanilla with your favorite cereal instead of milk!


Silk has 50% more calcium than typical dairy milk you find in your grocery's dairy case. An unopened container usually has a later use-by date on the carton too, so you can generally buy an extra carton and not run out before your next shopping trip!

The folks over at Silk sent us a package containing coupons to try out Silk, a Silk branded ChicoBag, and a fun to-go cereal bowl that you can even freeze! Silk has three different varieties with a total of 17 different choices from light to Vanilla. DH choose the Silk Original Light (trying to watch calories!) to try out with his favorite cereal:




DH didn't mind the switch at all. Because he choose the Original, I even tried using it to bake some bread - I could tell a little difference, but it wasn't anything major. Silk also has Pure Coconut, and DH wants to try that one next with his cereal - we're on the hunt for it now, because I didn't spot it at our local Fred Meyer.
