Recipe: Creamy Cranberry Spread

If you have leftover cranberry sauce, here's a super easy idea on what to do with it. All you need is:

cranberry sauce (canned or fresh)
cream cheese

Use about twice as much cream cheese as you do the leftover cranberry sauce. Mix well. See? I told you it was easy! I actually used the Philadelphia Cooking Cream in original in the photo you see, which made it a little faster than regular cream cheese to mix, but each works well.


It's great to spread on a bagel or bread, or to dip fruit in. You can also use it as a filling with stuffed crepes.
