Celtic Woman is an all-female singing group featuring vocalists Chloë Agnew, Lisa Kelly, Lisa Lambe and Celtic violinist Máiréad Nesbitt. They are known for performing Irish songs and Inspirational songs. Believe is their seventh album, released back in January. Celtic Woman fans won't be disappointed, as Believe follows the same formula as past Celtic Woman releases, with beautiful voices, and many classic songs that audiences are already familiar with.
Here is the track listing:
1. "Awakening"
2. "Nocturne"
3. "Sailing"
4. "The Foxhuter"
5. "The Water Is Wide"
6. "Bridge Over Troubled Water"
7. "Black Is The Colour"
8. "Follow On"
9. "Ave Maria"
10. "Téir Abhaile Riú"
11. "You'll Never Walk Alone"
12. "A Spaceman Came Travelling"
13. "Songs from the Heart" (I. "Walking The Night" II. "The World Falls Away")
14. "A Woman's Heart"
15. "The Parting Glass"
My favorite songs off the album are "Ave Maria" and "Nocturne". Of course, I'll always prefer them best when they are singing classic Irish music ("Danny Boy" is my all time favorite), but I enjoyed listening to new songs from these ladies!
Celtic Woman Believe is available now wherever CD's are sold, as well as available for instant download via sites such as iTunes and Amazon. The total running time of the CD is 64 minutes long. The suggested retail price is $11.88.
I received a copy of this CD in order to listen to it and share my thoughts on it. All opinions are my own.
