Goodbye February!

Y'all have NO idea how glad I am that February is now over. Of course, it had to go out kicking and screaming - yesterday, we received an early morning phone call from DH's family letting us know his Tio (Uncle in English) Alfonso passed away. :( That's three of his Tias/Tios in under five months, and it's been incredibly hard on him. He's frustrated that we are here, instead of back home in Texas, and I think this has been the final nail in the coffin for him. It's time to start cutting our losses and get sorting through what we have that we want to keep and what needs to be donated/thrown out.

I am feeling better, but I always know when I have passed the line, because I end up crashing in bed for hours! I had a bit more pain yesterday than I had in several days - yeah, I know, I tried to do too much. Actually, I think it was from sitting up too long. I was looking at myself in the mirror, and boy, it's a good thing I'm not a fan of two piece swimsuits, because I look like Dr. Frankenstein got hold of me!

Let's hope March bodes better days for us.
