Monday nights seem to be becoming taco night around here, LOL I have to admit, I like quick and easy! I'm frustrated though, my batch of zucchini all went bad in my fridge this weekend. :( I guess I should be lucky that it was just $3 worth of produce, and not $20 worth of cheese again. One things for sure, if we are not moving back home this year, the fridge is going to have to be replaced. This is driving me nuts!Monday: taco night
Tuesday: Creamy Chicken & Rice Casserole, salad
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Santa Fe Chicken Burritos
Thursday: Sundried Tomato Pasta, garlic bread
Friday: BBQ Chicken Cornbread Pizza only with sausage and green peppers instead
Saturday: Sloppy Joes, Seasoned Steak Fries
Sunday: Slow Cooker lemon pepper turkey roast, veggies, rolls
