Review & Giveaway: Natural House Surfy

Awhile back, I was introduced to the world of Natural House, a line of natural household cleaning products. (See my post here) They have recently added a new product to their line of probiotic cleaning products called Surfy.

Surfy All Surface Probiotic Cleaner is a revolutionary surface cleaner that powers through grease, grime and germs while leaving a streak free sheen, and still managing to be eco-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable. The safe probiotics continue to consume germs on the surface after you are done cleaning - call them little ninja cleaners if you will. ;) Unlike some cleaners you'll find in the cleaning aisle at your favorite store, Surfy is safe to use on multiple surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, including countertops, appliances, sinks, glass, stainless steel, toilets and tubs. There's no need to lug around multiple products to get the cleaning done!

Surfy comes in a spray bottle like most other cleaners, with a convenient spray top nozzle for quick and dispersed application. It's easy to use - simply spray onto the surface you'd like to clean, and then allow it to sit for about 5-10 seconds. If you've got some serious leftover food splatters on the stove, or something icky caked on the counter, you'll need to scrub it a little with your favorite scrubbing agent - microfiber for me, but maybe you use paper towels. Anyways, you can simply wipe it off, or if you are considered about contamination issues with germs, rinse it off. Those ninja probiotics will continue doing their thing no matter which option you choose. (I'm lazy - which is why I prefer natural cleaners. Washing a counter after just cleaning it with a cleaner is an extra step I'm not doing!)

Made here in the USA, I found Surfy to work just as well as other natural options I have tried in my kitchen. I didn't really have anything super greasy to see if it cleaned up well, but on my normal every day dirty counters, it worked just fine. I used it to wipe down cabinets (test in an out of the way spot first, just in case), my stove, fridge, etc. I also loved the scent - it's a lavender sage scent, and it smells wonderful! (OK, way better than vinegar, any day! lol)
