Let's Hope This Is It...

On the truck repairs, anyways. Six hours later, after thinking it could be anything from fuel pump issues to the entire circuit board being fried, it came down to some electrical wiring being loose and being burnt after slipping against the engine. Something so simple, yet took hours of work to find because none of us thought about that. (It could have either happened because the transmission had been lifted out - which as far as we knew, it hadn't - or simply loosed from being used off road. I'm guessing the later, as we do hit some real rough roads to go hiking from time to time) Long and short of it is, as far as we all know, it's fixed, and we're a lot poorer - though I know, it could have been a LOT worse. And honestly, I'd far rather get this taken care of now, than something go wrong when we are on the way back to Texas, and stuck in the middle of nowhere with all of our pets and a truck bed of possessions!

I am one tired mami now! I am super thankful I made the batches of soup and stew yesterday so I do not have to cook tonight. A trip to the spa would be heavenly... sigh!
