Mmmm... doughnuts! Break out the sugary overload! ;) It's that time of year again - National Doughnut Day, where we celebrate that yummy goodness. To help get you in the mood, several big names will be passing out freebies Friday, June 1st, 2012! Want to know how this quirky holiday came about? National Doughnut Day was established 75 years ago to commemorate the work of The Salvation Army "Doughnut Lassies" who served this sweet treat to our brave soliders during World War I.

Just like in years past, Krispy Kreme is giving each guest who visits a participating location on National Doughnut Day one FREE doughnut of any variety. No purchase is necessary to redeem the offer, and it's valid at participating locations in the US and Canada. To enter giveaways on Confessions of a Psychotic Housewife, you must be 18 years of age or older, and have a mailing address in the USA - unless the giveaway states it includes another country. Entries must be received by the end of the giveaway date stated in each individual giveaway.
Giveaway winners are chosen via random.org, and checked to see if they have followed the rules before being notified. Winners have 48 hours to respond to the winning notification. In the event a winner doesn't respond in the time frame allowed, a new winner will be chosen. Most items are fulfilled by the company sponsoring the giveaway, so I have no control over the shipping.
