Review: AK-47 Shirts

I always get a giggle out of the folks who say they are headed to their nearest sporting goods or big box store in case of zombie attacks (or a similar end of the world situation) to clean out the guns and ammo - yet these people have never even shot a gun before. Besides the very obvious fact that those zombies aren't going to hold perfectly still while you attempt to get a head shot off (LOL), how about that aim? If you've never shot a gun before, it takes awhile to get the swing of things and know how your weapon works. Then of course... if you know nothing about guns, will you be able to quickly figure out which gun uses what ammo? And if the gun you just picked out will actually do any damage? Or even carry enough bullets for you to make that headshot, since some shotguns are simply single shot?

Oh, and don't forget you need to learn to clean that weapon, because if you don't, it can go BOOM in your face, and you're zombie chow anyways. Teehee. :)

It's all in fun, but I totally recommend heading down to your gun range and learning to shoot, even if you don't plan on owning a weapon at home. You can rent a gun for your practice session! Target practice can be very soothing when you're stressed out, and it's a LOT of fun. These days you can even purchase zombie targets that ooze fake blood when you get a kill shot in! As you know, both DH and I love our zombies, and we enjoy shooting. DH especially loves getting to go be silly, dress up in camo, and shoot those zombie targets. So I was excited to get to choose this t-shirt from AK-47 T-shirts for DH:

DH is wearing an XL, and the t-shirt is good quality, and soft. How'd they know that Bullets Make Me Happy? I think I'll be stealing this one from him. :) Now his shirt is black, but it comes in an army green too, as well as a whole host of other colors - you can choose and make it totally custom. And if you'd rather have a hoodie, or a women's tank top, you can choose to have the design placed onto it as well! Sizes go up to 6X in the men's t-shirt, so no matter your size, they have you covered!
