Konsyl Senna Prompt is an all natural way to solve occasional constipation. It contains psyllium (a soluble plant fiber) and natural sennosides to give overnight relief in a convenient and easy to swallow laxative capsule. The psyllium comes from the husk of the plant seeds, not wheat - therefore it is gluten free, so those with celiac sensitivities can use it. It's also safe to use if you are pregnant.
DH noticed the bottle sitting on the counter and let me know that they recommend Konsyl at work for the elderly. (He was like, hey, I know this stuff! lol) He says it's a lot gentler on our bodies than some of the other choices available on the market.
To use, simply take one capsule before bedtime - or whenever a convenient time coming up will be for you. (Try to be aware of where you will be in 12 hours, just in case it takes the longer time to work!)
You can find Konsyl Senna Prompt at stores like Walmart. Like Konsyl over on Facebook to receive notice of printable coupons and sales - and giveaways! Konsyl has kicked off their Senna Prompt Overnight Giveaway with one winner each week for the next four weeks winning an Expedia gift card, a Walmart gift card and Konsyl Senna Prompt! To enter, and for more information including rules, click here. Good luck if you decide to enter!
Win it! Of course I am hosting a giveaway of my own! Because this is a more sensitive in nature product (I know most folks don't want to announce to their Twitter followers that they are entering for a laxative! lol), I'm using the oh so handy Rafflecopter form for entering.
Giveaway ends July 7th at 11:59 PM PST, and please leave your email address in your entry or have it available in your profile. US only, sorry :( Good luck everyone!! :)
I received samples of the product mentioned above in order to share my thoughts on it. One winner will receive the prize stated above, as fulfilled by the giveaway sponsor.
