Green Works, Art, And The Environmental Media Association

Artist Mr. Kiji, known for his vivid work, has created everything from small illustrations to painted murals. One of his latest projects last Spring transformed an urban space into a Reverse Galley, using Green Works products to create murals in a very unexpected place: an underpass in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. By creating these works of arts, he hoped to show that cleaning can reveal beauty, and inspire viewers to do their part.

Green Works has paired with the Ian Somerhalder Foundation, an organization that raises funds for environmental conservation projects. They educate folks, especially youth, to positively impact the planet. You can help, too, with no money coming out of your pocket at this time - Simply watch the time-lapse video of the transformation at Facebook.com/GreenWorks, $1 will be donated to the Environmental Media Association, promoting more green works.

Here's a look at the video, but remember to head over to Facebook to view it too!

I love the earrings! They have such a classic, vintage feel.
