Menu Planning Monday 10/22 - 10/28

DH starts vacation later this week, so I'll have to plan a bit more meals. Breakfast and lunch for the kiddo and I are usually more along the snacking line - fruit, cheese, yogurt, sandwich and/or soup. He likes a bit more food. ;)

Monday: steak, sweet potatoes, homemade honey biscuits

Tuesday: breakfast for dinner - biscuits & gravy, fresh cut fruit

Wednesday: slow cooker potato stew, homemade rolls

Thursday: homemade pizza night! (trying deep dish in cast iron)

Friday: Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs, roasted potatoes, salad

Saturday: food storage night! dinner made just using dehydrated/freeze dried long term foods

Sunday: slow cooker roast chicken, veggies, rice side dish

We love to make deep-dish pizza in my large cast iron skillet. It is so good when you put a little olive oil and butter on the bottom!

Your menu looks great!
