Mulch Zombies & Get Home Depot Coupons

Hmmm... would rotting human flesh make a good compost for your garden? Apparently, the folks over at Home Depot think so. ;) Head on over to Home Depot's Facebook page, where you can play a game where you clear your garden out of the undead and make it thrive after the zombie apocalypse. You can earn up to $15 in Garden Club coupons for doing so!

Personally, I'd find it more relevant if they offered discounts on items to harden your house for the winter months (which could keep zombies out of your house at the same time) - but hey, whatever floats their boat. ;) You do need your garden to survive after the apocalypse. If you don't have good quality garden tools, but you do have a yard - what are you waiting for? At the very least, a good rake, shovel, hoe, and pruning shears should be on your to-purchase list, followed by a full sized axe, and camp sized axe. Remember, if a zombie apocalypse has happened, you probably won't have electricity, so try to avoid electrical tools unless you have the ability to recharge them with solar.

Love Home Depot. Hubby hardly lets me go anymore because he says I spend too much money there. haha

They give some great classes for us ladies for free, too! I love attending them. Even if my husband does most of the work when we undertake projects around the house, it's great to know what to do if I need to do it myself. (Yes, I am guilty as charged on buying stuff there too! LOL)
