I love to bake, but I am not very good at baking pies. My last try at a homemade blackberry pie was a dismal failure. :( At least I can create beautiful pies for guests, thanks to the new line of Mrs. Smith's Signature Deep Dish pies. They come with an icing/topping packet to create a unique customized pie with any design I want to on top, or shift the flavor of the pie. Available in varieties like Signature Deep Dish Dutch Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce, Signature Deep Dish Cherry Pie with Butter Fudge Sauce, Signature Deep Dish Peach Pie with Cream Cheese Icing, and Signature Deep Dish Pumpkin Pie with Cream Cheese Icing, there is a pie to match just about any main course I've decided to serve when company is over.

I love Peach Pie, so Mrs. Smith's Signature Deep Dish Peach Pie with Cream Cheese Icing would definitely be one of my favorite choices to serve.

The Mrs. Smith's Signature Deep Dish Dutch Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce sounds divine too!

Did you know that to make a frozen pie look even more beautiful on the table, you can beat an egg in a bowl with a whisk, and then apply it to the top of the pie using a pastry brush before putting it in the oven? It's all about the presentation, and this tip will make your pies look even more amazing on the table! And applying the icing and topping packets are super easy. Simply massage the packet in your hands (ask the kids to help) so that it's plyable, then drizzle onto the freshly baked pie in the designs you want. I love swirls myself, but if you are feeling creative, you can create designs like leaves or even little smiley faces for the kids.

I like Mrs. Smith's pies okay, but I do like my own home made pies better. But if I couldn't bake, it would be Mrs. Smith's I would buy.
Thanks for letting me visit.
